Rental rules

1. These rules are hereby issued to ensure order and safety of the clients at LIDO Apartments & Spa in Sarbinowo (hereunder referred to as LIDO). The rules also specify the principles of using the apartments.

2. These rules apply to all those present on LIDO premises.

3. The stay at LIDO apartments starts at 2 p.m. of the first day of reservation and ends at 10 a.m. on the last day.

4. If you remain in the room after 10 a.m.  a fee will be charged amounting to 50% of the amount due for the apartment.

5. In order to make a booking, you should make a down payment amounting to 30% of the total amount due, by transfer to the bank account indicated. The remainder of the amount due is payable no later than on the day of arrival. In the case of resignation, you forfeit the amount prepaid.

6. You are obliged to check in at LIDO reception as soon as you arrive. To verify your identity, you will be obliged to present a personal identification document with a photograph.

7. The rented rooms and apartments may not be sublet or made available to third parties.

8. Visitors who are not checked-in guests of LIDO may be present in the rooms between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.

9. For the sake of your safety and comfort, smoking in the apartments and other premises at LIDO is forbidden.

10. Bed linen will be changed and apartment will be cleaned at the end of your stay.

11. It is possible to have the apartment cleaned and bed linen changed during your stay, after you place a request at LIDO reception.

12. Unreasonable noise is prohibited at LIDO between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. During the above hours, persons using the facilities are obliged to behave in a manner which does not disturb the peace of other Guests.

13. The Guests shall bear full financial liability for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment or appliances at LIDO arising due to their fault, or their visitors'.

14. In the event of damage, you should notify the LIDO reception immediately.

15. LIDO shall not be liable for damage to or loss of a car or another vehicle owned by a Guest. You are hereby notified that the car park at LIDO is not supervised.

16. Items left over by Guests at LIDO apartments shall be sent to the address provided at their expense. If no instructions are left, items shall be kept for 1 month after the date you vacate the apartment.

17. The liability for the loss or damage to items brought in by persons using LIDO facilities is regulated by the provisions of Art. 846 – 849 of the Polish Civil Code. The hotel's liability for the loss or damage to valuables, cash, securities and items of academic or artistic value shall be significantly limited, unless said items are deposited at reception.

18. LIDO may refuse to accommodate the Guest who had previously grossly breached these rules inflicting material damage to the property or other Guests, employees or other persons present upon the premises, or otherwise disturbed operations at LIDO.

19. LIDO shall not be liable for the inconvenience related to construction, renovation, upgrade, finishing works etc., which may take place in the neighbouring apartments, as well as outside them. We hereby stipulate that all claims related to the above inconvenience shall be rejected in full.

20. You can bring your pet to stay with you at a LIDO apartment, for an extra fee. You must not bring dog breeds deemed dangerous to LIDO, or other animals which may create a threat to human life or health, including but limited to venomous animals.

21. While moving around the LIDO premises with the pet, you should keep it on a leash.

22. Hotel guests are fully financially liable for any damage or destruction caused by the animal in the hotel's equipment or technical facilities.

23. If you have any reservations concerning the quality of our services, please report them to LIDO reception.

24. By making a reservation, you are contractually accepting these rules.
