Guidelines for guests using SPA & Wellness facilities
1. To get the full benefit of the proposed treatment please be on time for the agreed appointment.
2. When using the SPA facilities, please change into the hotel-provided robe and flip-flops in the swimming pool changing room, and then go to the SPA area.
3. Please do not bring jewellery or mobile phones to the SPA.
4. You can cancel the treatment you ordered free of charge up to two hours prior to the appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price for the procedure.
